I’ve been speaking online (and in-person) since 2015, and over the years, I’ve developed systems to make visibility sustainable. I started calling this system a “Visibility Ecosystem” in 2023—partly because ‘ecosystems’ come up a lot in our house, thanks to Lucas’s work in environmental education through gaming (true story!). At some point, it just clicked: An ecosystem grows and thrives when all the parts support each other… just like your marketing should 🙌

With a background in PR and media relations—and years spent coaching award-winning speech teams, plus teaching public speaking at the university level—Lucas brings the kind of quiet confidence that’s seriously contagious. Whether you’re prepping for a podcast, fine-tuning your slide deck, or just wondering how to sound like a human instead of a press release, he’s your guy.
And because he’s coached everyone from undergrads to international speakers, he knows how to make your message land with impact—without turning you into a robot 🤖
Fun fact? We met co-hosting a college radio show and got married three years later. You could say our story started with public speaking 😉

Jenn’s day is powered by matcha lattes (well, the groggy mornings are, anyway), black tea, and homemade kombucha! (Yes, you should totally give her tasty kombucha flavor suggestions… 😏)
Lucas has a contagious laugh that instantly puts people at ease—even on their first public speaking coaching call 🥰
Together, they love rock climbing, kayaking, hiking—basically, getting outdoors together—and Jenn enjoys baking, and agility training with their Aussies
